01The product

Stashr (“we”, “us”) sells curated AI prompt packs: written prompts organized into modules by use case and delivered as Markdown (.md) text files. Stashr is a digital product — text files made available in your account — not software, a service, a membership platform, or a subscription.

By purchasing a tier or creating an account on stashr.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the product.

02Accounts

An account (email address and password) is required to purchase and to access purchased modules. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address so we can deliver purchase confirmations and support responses.

Accounts are personal. Sharing account access so that others can obtain the packs without purchasing is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms; where reasonably possible we will contact you first.

03Payment & access

Each tier (Starter, Advanced, Elite) is a one-time payment in USD. There are no recurring charges, renewals, or hidden fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. The charge appears as STASHR on your bank or credit card statement.

As soon as your payment clears you will see a confirmation and your tier’s modules unlock in your account — no waiting, no shipping. Access to the tier you purchased is permanent for the life of the service. Where a tier is described as including future additions or revisions (for example, revisions to your tier’s files, or new Elite modules), those are provided as goodwill inclusions of your one-time purchase, not as a subscription or a guaranteed release schedule.

04License

When you purchase a tier, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts in that tier. Under this license you may:

• use the prompts for personal and commercial purposes;
• edit, adapt, and build on the prompts;
• use and sell what you create with the prompts (e.g. content or work produced using them with AI tools).

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish, or share the packs or files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, whether free or paid;
• include the packs in another product whose primary value is the prompts themselves;
• share account access for the purpose of distributing the packs.

The packs, their structure, and their text remain our intellectual property.

05Refund policy

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds work as follows:

• 14-day window. If you have not extensively downloaded or used your tier’s modules, contact us at support@stashr.pro within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment.
• Technical delivery failure. If a fault on our side prevents your purchase from unlocking and we cannot fix it promptly, you receive a full refund regardless of the window.
• After extensive access. Once the modules have been extensively downloaded or used, the purchase is considered delivered and consumed, and is no longer refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence. If you do not recognise a STASHR charge, please email support before opening a dispute — we resolve these quickly.

06Disclaimer

Stashr provides curated AI prompts in Markdown format. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, quality of AI-generated content, business results, income, or performance. Results depend entirely on how you apply the prompts, the AI model and tools you use, and factors outside our control. The prompts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

The product is not professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, medical, or tax advice — and must not be relied on as such.

Stashr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any other AI model provider. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your tier. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the content or behaviour of third-party AI tools you use the prompts with.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use the prompts or the site to violate any law, to infringe others’ rights, or to generate content that is unlawful. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and for the content you generate with them.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of your account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively reduce the access you purchased.

10Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Stashr is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
