What exactly am I buying?

Curated AI prompt packs: written prompts organized into modules by use case, delivered as clean Markdown (.md) files inside your Stashr account. It’s a digital product — text files, not software or a service.

How does delivery work?

As soon as your payment clears you’ll see a confirmation and unlock your tier’s modules — no waiting, no shipping. It’s 100% digital. You can log in and access your files any time after that.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your account is where your purchased modules live — it takes an email and a password to create, and it gives you permanent access to the tier you bought. There are no recurring fees attached to it.

Will the prompts work with my AI tool?

The prompts are plain text and work with any modern AI assistant. Results depend on the model you use and how you apply the prompts — we curate and test carefully, but we can’t guarantee any specific output or outcome from an AI tool.

Can I use the prompts in commercial work?

Yes. Personal and commercial use of the prompts — and of what you create with them — is allowed. Reselling or redistributing the packs themselves is not. Full details are in the Terms of Service.

What is the refund policy?

If you haven’t extensively downloaded or used your modules, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If a technical failure on our side ever prevents your purchase from unlocking, we’ll fix it or refund you in full. Details in the refund policy.

What shows on my bank statement?

The charge appears as STASHR. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. If you don’t recognise a charge, email support before disputing and we’ll sort it quickly.
